Warranty

Verum wheels are warranted against manufacturers defects for the original registered owner for the period of five years from the date of purchase.

No Fault “Crash” Replacement

Original registered owners are entitled to discounted replacement of Verum rims. This is a no fault policy; damage for any reason that renders the rim unusable qualifies for the discount (we only ask that you be honest about the cause). This policy provides for the replacement of spoke nipples and rim only, and includes labor to rebuild the wheel. This policy does not cover cosmetic damage, nor spokes and hubs. The discount rate is a flat fee of $250/rim.
